Authenticity & Condition
Are your Pokémon products authentic?

Yes. We only sell authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products from trusted supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit items.

Are your products factory sealed?

All sealed products are shipped factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

  • “Sealed” → arrives sealed
  • Single cards → individual cards (not sealed packs)
  • Opened / Loose / Bundle → the condition is stated on the page
Do you sell resealed or repacked packs?

No. We do not intentionally sell resealed or repacked items. If you believe an item arrived opened or compromised, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

What condition are your single cards in?

Single cards are typically Near Mint unless otherwise stated on the product page. If a card is Lightly Played (or another condition), it will be clearly mentioned.

What language are your products?

The language/version is shown on each product page. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll confirm before you order.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?

  • If the page uses official product images, you’ll receive the same product type/version listed.
  • If the page uses real in-hand photos, they represent the exact product we stock (and if it’s a unique item, we’ll say so).

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to many EU and international destinations. Available countries and final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

If your country isn’t listed, email us and we’ll check if we can offer shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: [2–3] business days
  • EU: [3–7] business days
  • International: [7–15] business days

Delivery estimates can vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracked shipping is available for most orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours / 2 days] of delivery with:

  • photos of the outer package
  • photos of the product damage
  • your order number

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the situation.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are available in line with applicable consumer rules.

  • Sealed products must remain sealed to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be in unused, resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple secure payment methods depending on your country and checkout options. All available options appear at checkout (e.g., card payments, Apple Pay/Google Pay where available, bank transfer, and local methods).

Are you affiliated with Pokémon / Pokémon Center?

No. Aphrodite Cards is an independent retailer. Pokémon and Pokémon Center are trademarks of their respective owners.
