You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception listed below applies.

🕒 Pre-Orders / Buy-on-Demand Products

Pre-order items are ordered specifically for you after purchase.

🔒 Sealed Trading Card Products

The right of withdrawal may be excluded or reduced for:

  • Sealed booster packs

  • Sealed boxes

  • Factory-sealed trading card products

If a sealed product has been opened or unsealed, we may:

  • Refuse the return, or

  • Deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value

✅ Exception:
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied sealed products will always be refunded or replaced.

📮 Return Process (Step-by-Step)

1️⃣ Request an RMA via email (order number, product details, reason, photos)
2️⃣ Wait for approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
3️⃣ Ship using tracked & signed-for delivery
4️⃣ Insured shipping may be required for high-value items
5️⃣ Item inspection upon arrival
6️⃣ Refund processed within 14 days after inspection

Partial refunds or refusals may occur if:

  • Items are missing

  • Products are opened or damaged

  • Returned goods differ from what was shipped
